Food dehydrator recommendation

I currently have an uber cheap Nesco dehydrator.... basically a on/off blow dryer with 4 round plastic tray model I got about 8~9 years ago to do beef jerky on. Anyway, I am looking at getting a newer, better dehydrator and would like to know what other people are using and whats your opinion on your model.

I use an excaliber. It gets pretty heavy use between making backpacking meals and preserving veggies from the garden, and I've never had a problem with it.

Do you know which model you have? How may trays?

Don't know the model off the top of my head, but it's got five trays. Definitely get the liners for the trays, they're a big help.
