spent fathers day with my dad burning powder! who wants to pay $20 for an over cooked steak on fathers day next year take him out shooting! we shot our AR's and had a blast,dad brought his Colt6940 i brought my LMT.sent about 200rds down range total (prob would have shot much more but we spent most of the time talking)

you are very fortunate. my Dad is long since passed away. i got a couple of pistols from him and he bought me a Winchester 22 when i was about 9. he would think it was amazing if we could take my stuff to the range. we never got to.

my son called today. he will be here in a couple of weeks from New Hampshire, where he open carries the S&W auto i gave him.

we will burn powder.
