Dillon Precision and their No BS Warranty....

Is a No BS Warranty. A couple years ago I bought a used to very used Square Deal B press. It worked great, a couple of issues which Dillon helped take care of. A couple of weeks ago the link arm stop broke off on the left side. I sent them an email explaining what happed, I was told to send back the machine for frame replacement and yesterday a brand new Square Deal B arrived at my house. I have heard stories, but now I have experienced it. What can you say, but that is awesome customer support. I hope to buy an XL650 one day soon.

Most of the reloading manufacturers have similar warranty's.

I ordered some spare parts for my Hornady LNL just to have on hand and offered to buy them, but they insisted that it was on their dime.

Its nice to see great customer service from those that are supporting the sport.

I have a press or two from Lyman, Lee, Hornady, Dillon and I have needed a small part from time to time and nothing but great service from every one of them.
