Im sure this guy has been told that most his life, he was in Tom Givens 3 day instructor class that I hosted this weekend and he did an AWESOME job!!!
Never complained, joked about it, and asked for help when needed!
He also shot the highest score on the hardest qual we did, 60rds from 3-25 yds!!!!!!

And you ask why is this a big deal.....

I see him at all the Ponca City steel challenge matches. I think he might be from Kansas somewhere and I'm pretty sure he is also some type of CLEO up there. Super cool guy

He is the Chief of Police at Derby Kansas.
A very nice gentleman and good shooter.
He brings a whole big van load of shooters with him when he comes to Ponca City.

I believe they are going to open a range in that area since coming to OK and seeing how the matches are ran.
