D-Day Memorial at SC Military Museum - THIS Saturday in Columbia right across from Bryce Stadium (USC) at the SC National Guard Headquarters. Museum opens at 9, ceremony honoring WWII D-Day vest at 10:00. Museum open until 5:00. Cost is FREE. This museum ROCKS and its a must-see. WhIf you've never been to this museum, then you're missing an incredible experience...
There is also a gun show on the Fairgrounds - So make it a two-for!
Address is: 1225 Bluff Road, Columbia SC Google Maps the address and zoom in on the satelite image. Down and to the right of the two football practice fields you'll see two long white-roofed buildings with tanks in the top-right corner. That's the museum buildings...
I know for a fact that a WWI B17 pilot will be attending.
