CZ sight on 1911

I want to do a reverse dovetail cut front sight on a 1911 I'm building. I was thinking about using a CZ sight. I don't know what cutter to use. Does anyone have any advice on this approach

No info on cutter but I like the idea and have thought for quite a while it would make a great 1911 front sight. Kindly post pics of the work , either in progress or completed, or both!!

Cabot uses a similar sight on theirs. Check them out.

Didn't realize the Cabot front sight like CZ, had noticed the sights on the Cabot's but thought unique to them but never looked close at CZ's

I thought the same thing. Then I looked at my cz. The sight doesn't have to be pinned on the 1911. The barrel bushing traps the front of it.
