Does anyone know of a good duty type holster for an STI Tactical with RMR? Safariland makes their als holsters for Glocks and a few others, but say they won't be making one for a 1911 or 2011 and RMR any time soon. I greatly prefer the ALS system, but understand that's probably not an option. So, who can recommend a duty holster that has a hood for retention? I'm guessing it will have to be a custom job. Thanks for any input.

Are you running a light also?

I've looked at a few of the custom kydex shops I know and didn't see anything listed for your set up. There are some guys making holsters that index off of the light so you might have more options that way.

Yeah I run an X300. I have the surefire holster as well as the Blackhawk omnivore, but I don't like either for duty use. It's been hard to find something.

That's going to be a hard holster to find?

I remember finding a guy in Vegas that offered it about a year ago, but can't remeber the name of his company. I'd like it to have the g code style hood

Carl at Exodus will build you a leather rig with an RMR, I don't think he does lights though, the same with Garrett.
