swiss, id say you have to make a choice. i wouldnt go below a 16 inch 308 bbl. how ever long a phantom suppressor is isnt to long for a 16 in bbl.
my neighbor has an 18 in bbl scout with a phantom. he can also use it on 16, 10.5 and 7 in 223 bbls.
i would like to have one for the 10.5 in 223. i might need a longer bbl to shoot more than 200 yds around here but i could just use 2 guns, 10.5 223 and 16 in 308.
still going to be carrying my Colt Government Model 45.
