Just got back from a 7 day motorcycle trip thru Colorado, rode some great roads and saw some great sights. Here's one from Independence Pass, also rode up Pike's Peak, Mt. Evans, across Trail Mountain road in Rocky Mountain National Park, and some other great twisty roads. Temps ranged from 31 on the top of Mt Evans to low 90's in the lowlands. When I started back from Colorado Springs it was 56 but when I got to OKC yesterday it was 106. I did bring a few drops of rain back with me though, it rained all but 2 days on the trip.

Now I know why I haven't been getting much mail lately - the've been slacking since the boss has been on vacation.

Great looking view - I know you were sad to hit the 106* of OKC!

There is no place like the Rockies in the summer. I wish I was there now. The only problem I have had, is that every year that we go, it is harder and harder to come back to Oklahoma.

AH HAAA! where's the leather, you RUB?

Nice Darien; I need to snag one off of ebay soon.

The Darien kept me dry thru heavy rains several days, got it on ebay from other tall skinny guy for a great price. Scott, I wish I had stayed a while longer. Javier, I"m ready to go again whenever you are. BS, blame the rest of those slackers, I've been done with USPS since April, miss it like a pimple on my patooey. Anyone else want to ride, let's get after it. Don't you guys think this pic looks like Olyeller?
