First off, I have to do a bit of bragging, though I imagine most on here will roll their eyes and wish they could pat me on the head and say "Isn't that special?". I shot my first sub-2.5 second string on Smoke and Hope with my Production rig. 2.26 seconds, with a 10.23 total time. Now to work on doing it consistently and then get down to ten flat before the S&W Steel Nationals.
Now the point of the post: I'm sure this is old news, but the Coach's Eye app is a great way to analyze your shooting. One of the guys on the squad was filming and showed me, and I didn't remember doing it, but on every run, my support hand dropped down almost to my belt to meet the weapon before punching out. I've fiddle-farted around with a Go Pro, but I am now sold on having somebody film me while doing this stuff to use for diagnosing errors.
