Casing Failure?

What would likely cause a casing failure like this? It is from a factory load fired from a Delta Elite 10mm. I have this posted in the general discussion but someone suggested asking the re-loaders. Thanks for the input

I'm not familiar with the delta elite, but I imagine that the guy from buffalo bore was on the right track. Pull your barrel and drop a round in to see how much of the case head is supported. If it is like the Glock .40s all it takes is a thin case head and it will blow out with the higher pressures in the 10mm. Guy was still a Dick about it though. HSM replaced the Glock I saw do that same thing, no questions asked.
