Saw a banner on the side of 17A, just past ATP a couple miles saying Carolina arms and ammo coming soon.....

Anybody know anything about this?

It's surely not in monks corner. It's before cypress gardens road where the TNT camo hydrogeaphics place is.

I pulled off 17A and drove back there to take a look a week ago. They were painting the interior space at the time. Shouldn't be long........

Someone told me yesterday that their grand opening is this weekend. I drove by yesterday (didn't stop) and I didn't see any signs saying so.

But they had hung a Ruger banner and a Hornady banner on the front of the building.......

I dropped in today and was very pleased......John Green was a very nice gentleman and was very attentive to what I was looking for......The store is very clean and orderly.....As they grow I think the variety of items for sale will increase......The firearms I saw were top notch and reasonably priced...The ammo was cheaper than all the other local LGSs..................................................I stocked up on CCI 22lr 40g target.

how much 22LR did they have?

What kind of limit?

I will stop tomorrow, but just curious.

Thanks!

Went in there today. Super nice guy, super helpful and had PLENTY of ammo. All calibers I could possibly want.

Tried to ring me up and the credit card machine was down for the count. After he tried a few times, he took my name and phone number, and bagged it all up and stuck it under the counter to get tomorrow.

Super pleased with the service and the selection, will definately be making some frequent stops.

Also showed me a Webley and Scott (sp?) pump 12 gauge that was spring assisted. You rack the pump backwards and it spring assists back forward, loading a round. Pretty interesting and seemed well built.......

That shot gun was awesome!!!!!.....I'm headed back to have them look at an old S&W mod 1000 20 ga to see if they can make an offer to fix it.

Also hope they get in some other higher velocity 22lr in CCI or Fed and Win..........I now have about 3000 mixed brand and vel....I prefer 1250+ fps. in 36 or 40 g. Subsonic or low fps won't cycle well in my auto loaders....My wheel guns don't care, except that Remington goes pfttttf! too often.

I am am getting tempted to attend the Shootzinfest

I'm headed back in there this afternoon.

I briefly mentioned it yesterday, will be sure to mention it today again.

This is a nice clean store with a lot of potiential. Their objective is NOT to screw the customer over while still providing quality goods and services. I know both Gary (owner) and John, they are great guys and you can count on a stright answer from them. BTW, they have 10% discounts for law enforcement and military. They are getting product in every day. Hours are 9am to 9pm Monday-Saturday and 12pm-9pm on Sunday.

I meet one of the co-owners of this shop last week. I hope to sneak out there and check them out tomorrow.
