Anyone have a blue book lyin around mind helping me out on a value?

I've got a line on a nickel 1988 Browning BDA 380 that is BNIB. Sales online have been erratic at best for the nickel version, and I'm curious as to what to offer the gentleman for it.

Anyone else interested in it? I'm not one to put something in the safe for a collector's piece at this point in my firearms collecting hobby......

I know someone who just bought one for $600+ at a pawn shop. I had looked them up for him, seems $595 for 100% is what I found in a BB a few years old. But he loved it soooo much, and the shop owner wouldn't budge, so he bit the bullet. It's made by Beretta, basically an 84 with a closed slide and different safety. I don't think you will find an abundance of these for sale. Check "sold" prices at some of the big used gun retailers like galleryofguns.com, budsgunshop.com, and some of the large sporting goods chains, and of course gunbroker.com.

Thanks for the info. I found the same numbers in an old book from a friend finally. I also ordered myself a new book, as mine has disappeared in the move I guess.

Not sure what I'm going to offer him. I'll show him the book and let him give me a price.
