Bipods

I have been thinking a couple of my toys need bipods.
Back in the olden days a Harris bipod was the way to go.
I have noticed there are some other options now.

One of them is a rifle that weighs a short ton and needs something heavy duty.
The other is an AR.

I am looking for suggestions and general opinions please.
Step up and tell the old man what you think.

Try Shooters Ridge. Had several customers say good things. I have a couple of Harris but when I buy again it will be shooters ridge. Harris is just so darn expensive.

I have only seen the picture I have not seen one in real life but it looks heavier than a harris to me.
