I don't see how preemptive pardons of people who have not yet been charged with a crime can be legitimate. I believe this can easily be set aside or worked around.

If nothing else, the investigation can take place and be handed off to Texas or Florida.

This makes my blood boil. The fact that the deep state did this implies guilt. Trump must overcome this.

Trump pardoned 1500 of the Jan 6 protesters that were at the capitol. Now he needs Pam Bondi to go after Ray Epps and others in the employ of the government for inciting to riot.
