Better plug for shotgun

Are there any chamber flags that don't push on your extractor on shotgun, the yellow tapco or whatever they are seem like they can't be a great idea pushing on my extractor all the time....

Theyre ok to use. After match once i get back home i take it out. Cheap...easy.
