Berkeley County

Apparently a question I should not have asked. Must be classified/ need to know, huh?

In a thread, in a galaxy far away, a prosecutor questioned a civilian shooter/defendant why he, the defendant, felt it necessary to carry a more powerful handgun (a .45) than the local LEOs carried (9mm).

I had survived 69 years before I joined, another couple won't hurt.

I have a Nephew that is on Dorchester County Sheriff's Department. I ask him about the ammo question.

He said that their Department carries 40 cal. and some have gone to .45's. He didn't know for sure what Berkley was carring but he figured it was .40 cal. He said state wide most Police Dept. were useing 40 cal.
