Sold/Expired AR parts

I am in the process of building an AR right now but I ask having a hard time finding parts. I have alerts set up on Brownells and Midway USA but no luck so far. If anyone knows where I can find a quality stripped upper and a bcg (not low mass) or have one you would part with please let me know.

Wideners has uppers in stock as far as BCG I have been waiting on some I ordered 3 months ago with still no ETA
