Curious if anyone uses this on their rifles?

I bought a few bottles for my Glocks after seeing hickok45 on youtube recommend it. Seems like it does the trick, at least for my pistols and my Benelli/HK shotgun.

I am still trying to figure out what to use for my new Daniel Defense (the M4V3 showed up a couple days ago!!). It seems like everyone has a different opinion....froglube, CLP, etc.

Any suggestions for me? Can anyone recommend a good "cleaning" video for a beginner?

Thanks in advance for any replies. It is appreciated.

I will be glad to go over all this stuff in person, but here's a reference to AR15.com and their cleaning and maintenance page.

I have never used Ballistol personally but I've heard people use it as a cleaner and not so much as a lubricant. I've also never used Froglube; I'd like to try it but don't want to go to the hassle of ordering a $6 bottle of it online but no one carries it locally. I have been using regular CLP for years and not had any issues, but I maintain my firearms pretty religiously.

I like Slip2000 clp for AR lubricant seems to stay where it is supposed to instead of migrating away. I use Ballistol to clean the bore of my AR
