if I'm not mistaken these JUST came out - I just dropped in the Competition AEK last night and it is great - the trigger pull is MUCH lighter - for $94 bucks I'm surprised how much difference it made and how easy it was to install.

Correct, I believe they were released earlier last month or something like that. Mike did a "carry" trigger job on my M&P some time ago and it is fantastic, but after watching some of the descriptive videos I would like to try it out. Guess I can have it installed and and then take it out if I don't like it.

Well talk with Mike and see - If I remember he used some of the APEX parts when he does his trigger jobs. When I spoke with APEX - they told me that the Forward Sear IS NOT compatible with their AEK's - you choose one or the other...

I never use apex stuff with my triggers.
They are a good option, but not a good value, unless getting the gun to a good mp smith is cost prohibitive.

Which is why I went with it - I would have had to pay $25 shipping each way to get mine up to you - and frankly I'm a cheap skate. Plus I couldn't be without my pistol for that long having some Major Matches in the next few weeks
