Looking at buying an upper from them to put on a new build. Anyone shooting one? I know there are a couple people here that are on their website to promote but are they good? Better than most? I know the barrels are nitride coated. They come with a YHM flashhider and I like the rifle lenth rail they put on them. To top it off the price is really good. Any feed back from someone that has put some rounds down range on these?

I've heard their billet upper will only work with their billet lower. Chris A. has and I think Jesse did or does or knows something about it.

This is correct for the billet sets, & the forged stuff is std. fit
I have one of the billet sets.
The only negative thing I can think of on the billet stuff is that it doesn't open very far without removing the front pin & taking the upper completely off. It opens enough to pull the BCG but not much farther. Other than the upper/lower being non standard, all other parts are std./off the shelf/drop in however you want to say it.

You're welcome to check it out anytime.

Yeah but you're a beast! What about us wimps, think I'd be able to tell a difference in a match or something?

I think Jeremy still buys his pants in the kids section......

I got on the scale with the a Spikes LOWER and a LOKI lower and could tell NO difference....

Keith, I built my Tac-Irons 3 gun rifle from the billet upper/lower. It is very high quality and has been dead reliable for me. Plus you are supporting an Oklahoma company when you purchase one! Catch me at any match and you are welcome to handle/shoot mine.

I think Jesse has the upper as others posted. I bought a couple of the forged lowers the other day and they are very nice quality.

their forged stuff comes from one of the same 4 places that everybpody elses forged stuff comes form so it should be very similar to everyone elses stuff. they didn't try to do anything special with those that i know of. it may have one of those tightening the upper lower slop deals in it. can't remember for sure. somehting to ask them about. they forged units may be a limited time only kind of thing as it is a trial deal for them.

the billet units are made special with some features that you don't need to shoot but can come in handy and/or are cooler than a forged unit. they are super tough becaseu of the extra material which is the most noticable difference. they have the ultra tactical finger grooves on the front of the magwell on the lower. they are much tighter than a forged unit. etc. etc.

call them up and talk to Eric the owner. he will tell you all about them. hes a nice guy to visit with as well.
