Arizona has apparently had a bunch of "gun buy backs" where criminals can dispose of stolen guns no questions asked and junk can be converted into cash.
Still, some items of value likely show up.
The legislature has wisely deemed these "public property" and forbidden their destruction requiring that the various law enforcement organizations must sell them to gun dealers.
This seems to really piss off the anti gunners.

Finaly. It has always brought a tear to my beer to think about all those guns getting destroyed when there are plenty of people around to give them a good home. I think instead of doing gun buybacks and selling to dealers they should open gun shelters and allow those of us with open hearts to adopt them just like the animal shelters.
