If you attach a pistol to a rifle then you have manufactured a short-barreled rifle and must have the appropriate paperwork from the ATF-NFA Branch or else you have committed a felony.
But plenty of dumbshits will do it anyways, just like how they add a vertical foregrip to their pistol and don't realize they, too, are violating the 1934 National Firearms Act and could spend decades in prison.

the man who made the gun says in the video its an SBR and it will take $199 to buy the gun and $200 for a stamp.

Yeah, it did seem kind of toy like to me. Better off sticking with rifles that are rifles and pistols that are pistols, etc. right?

The OP had a 70% failure rate from the first magazine.
The problems with production should have been worked out long before guns started shipping. Another dealer on Silencertalk said he shipped back all the guns he got in his store to the distributor. Waste of money; buyer beware.
