i have been in sales for over a decade now so i am very "aware" of businesses and how they operate (probably even too sensitive). Just got my shotgun back with "the package" on it and my M&P with new sights. all in all it was a very good experience, i rarely recommend things/services but i would recommend his work to anyone, not just because he does good work, but he communicates with you to let you know what is going on and even took the time to give me some tips and go through everything on the shotgun to be sure i understood everything and how to maintain it. Even with all the positive there is one negative, whenever he hugs me his facial hair is a little rough and hurts my face :) but other than that this guy is an A+++++ guy to work with. Don't hesitate to work with him.....

Big +1! He has an M2 that I just purchased and has been great in the communications department so far. He has been extremely nice and even answered all of my dumb questions. I've seen and handles guns that he has worked on and they are all awesome, so I wasn't worried about the work. He is great with letting you know what's going on though and I appreciate that kind of thing.

Mike has done a bunch of stuff for me from stippling to trigger work. He is always fair and patient with dumb asses like me. We are extremely lucky to have this guy in our area.

thank you guys.

I will say that I appreciate the kudos. I also know that I have a LOT of way to go with customer service and answering inquiries in a timely fashion. I have plans to correct that in the near future, and will be probably taking on some help.
In the meantime, remember that every time Im on the phone or email is that much less time at the bench. I also have been underestimating turnaround times. I need to work on that too.

I just realized I never left you feedback for doing my AR, sorry. Mike is a super cool guy and does fantastic work. He got my barrel blasted to look absolutely perfect and assembled the upper for me for an extremely reasonable price. Thanks Mike!

I didn't see a feedback thread for Mike yet, so I thought I'd start one. I just picked up my new M2 from him and his work is top-notch. Thanks for the great transaction.

I did not know this feedback section was here or I would have done this sooner.
This is a positive testimonial for Accurate Arms and Mike Cyrwus.
I was able to buy a Benelli M2 off Gunbroker.com and ship to Accurate Arms.
Mike inspected it and gave me a call with good news.
I asked for the "Full Meal Deal" or Package Tune Up on this gun.
Upon delivery I found the workmanship top shelf.
I was schooled about what was done and why which was very educational and appreciated.
The precision and close attention in my opinion proved a huge value in relation to money out of pocket verses quality of work.
Rare these days.
The gun runs smooth, fits better than I expected and loads even better.
Once I decided I wanted to go to a 40 cal Limited IPSC hand gun I did not shop around, I called Mike.

I am so freaking happy now - even more than I was originally with my M&P 9 Pro. There is a bit of learning curve with the new front sight - but Mike "Merlin" Cyrwus put it exactly how I wanted it on iX Caliber. I have a tendency to line up the front post a bit to the right of center. My accuracy "Accurate Irons" hmm... has increased exponentially, especially after seeing the hits on paper from the weekend.

He is very modest when it comes to his work and the overall improvement in shooters abilities. I knew I would place high in a stage one day, but who knew that it would happe the first friggin time I get my gun back from him!!!\

In my book, he is number one - now if I could just get "iX Caliber" on my slide and my arm and my shirt and figure out how to paint my gun white with black slide or vice versa.

Thanks for the awesome work Merlin!

Picked up a trigger on Tuesday in a nice deal from Mike. Got some good advice as well as encouragement to come out and join the 3-gun matches. Looking forward to future deals with Mike, thanks again.

ps - the trigger is pretty sweet

Bought a pistol today, as always great guy, awesome communication, and awesome workmanship. Quality weapon great price. Look forward to more business in the future!
