90 business days, or 90 days?

For SC CWP does it take 90 business days or 90 days? this is day 90...suspose its some more time if its supose to be business days

I got mine when the wait was only 60 days, and it came at day 59. I believe my wife got hers on day 83. Those are continuous days, not business days.

Are you counting from the day you mailed it, or from the day they received it? A call to SLED should clear it up.

day they received it, maybe its just taking is time in the mail, .....I have so been opening he mail box ethusiastically for the past couple days tho...only for a bill or two

Mine came 83 days after I sent it. I'm sure the recent high demand has pushed them pretty hard.

Mine was 105 days since they documented receiving it, which was 20 days after I mailed it

SLED lady answered the phone on day90 and day 100 and told me that they were taking longer in batches from the FBI reporting side.

As long as no one pushes them, they will continue to take longer and longer. Since the law says they will either tell you why you can't have permission, or issue the permit, a demand to follow the law should move them along.

A bit yes, I had even called them a few times about it. This was several years ago but even these days it happens.

A bit? That was way overdue. Someone probably misfiled your paperwork somehow.

I got my permit when wait times were between 45 and 60 days.

My thought was either misfiled or some issue because I had a FLA CWP at the time They never gave any reason why. You want to talk about excessive I have a friend that just got his permit after 5 months. :shock: Again no reason was given by them.
