make sure you get 3 gun specific kneepads; just regular tactical kneepads wont work well for 3 gun.

just kidding, anything blackhawk is usually fine. I wear arcteryx pads, I like them.

Lance Jensen put me on the Alta Industires military issue knee pads. http://www.galls.com/uniformstyle?assort=general_catalog&cat=&style=TP002 They are all over Ebay for under $20.

I had the Blackhawk neoprene soft knee pads and the matching elbow pads previously. I still like the soft Blackhawk elbow pads as the hard cup kinda make your elbows pivot on the cup which isn't a good thing.

So go with the BlackHawk Elbow pads and the Alta knee pads.
