14 year old shoots it out with 43 year old victim

It seems these wannabe thugs are getting younger, or I am just getting older.

A man had accused a 14 year old of burglary, and he did have a record of it.

So the kid walks up to him at his home and starts shooting, can you guess what happens?

So do you think the surviving victim should be charged on a concealed weapon violation if he did not have a permit?

Most kids start the gang crap much younger than 14 by muleing drugs.
It's really sad the way some kids are corrupted.

Considering that the subject that died was black, a juvenile and the incident occurred in Florida, I don't think it's over yet. As far as the guy defending himself on his own property against someone who shot first, I would have too.

As for the question I think he shouldn't be charged with a none permit considering he was on his property.

He was on his property, the thug approached him, shot him, and was killed by return fire.

No problem in Florida. The guy won't face prosecution.
