13 or 15 Pound Spring?

I'm going to put a tungsten guide rod in my Gen 3 G34 and I like captured springs. I understand the basic recipe for tuning a gun but I'm not sure which spring weight is best to go with. Right now I'm shooting 132-ish PF loads because I don't want different loads for different games. I can tweak the load a bit. So, 13 or 15 pound spring?

I always ran 13 with 9mm Glocks and 15 with my .40's.

I put a 13lb TTI captured guide-rod from Tony in my glock with 132ish PF loads, and I'm happy with it, especially at $24 for rod and spring
