helpful hint to save $ and keep cool. Clean the heat exchangers on your outdoor AC unit (if you have not done so already).

Turn off the breaker to the outside unit. Remove the screws on top that hold the screen and fan motor to the unit. Roll it out of the way. They are designed to do this. Use a garden hose with a nozzle to wash from the inside out. Put fan and screen back on.
If it hasn't been done in a couPle of years, it could double the efficiency of your AC system and save you big$.
 
I have cottonwood trees so this gets done several times each summer. The difference is very noticable. Big thing to remember is the breaker. Pull it first, re set it last.
