I love my 10/22. I just changed to this chassis and stock. The scope is a junky Tasco but I'm hoping to find a nice variable power zoom scope soon. Hopefully something not so bulky and long.

I like some of the older Tasco's. I have had a 6x18 on a 6mm 77v that has worked well for the last 20 years.

My understanding is the Japanese models are really good. This one is Chinese and I don't recall where I got it, but the whole eye piece section turns for focusing then you have to tighten a lock ring. It's not real clear at 9x either. I think I'll get a 4-12x Nikon Rimfire for the rifle. I like Nikon.

Not really much to it. The receiver and bolt block are the only original parts from a standard 50th Anniversary rifle. The barrel is from a Ruger VLEH model and the trigger assembly is from a Target model. The chassis is from https://www.pmacamfg.com/collections/stock-adapters/products/10-22-chasis-stock?variant=35098603462.
The stock is a GunTech AR stock, and a Magpul grip and UTG rail to finish. All I need is the scope, a Magpul Angled Foregrip and a UTG bipod.
