I have a Saiga 7.62x39 sporter that I would like to sell. I bought this new in Colorado in October and have put 40 rounds through it. I originally wanted to convert it to an AK but just didn't have the money because I moved here to Charleston. So now I'm selling it so someone else can enjoy it...

I'm weighing my options on building an AK from a parts kit. Anybody have any experience with this? How hard for a home "gunsmith?" Also, I'd like to rent/borrow some of the tools as I only plan on building one AK. Any input is appreciated.
