Cocks the hammer but dose not eject the spent cartridge.

In spite of your statement "extractor was adjusted", it sounds like an extractor issue- as in; too little tension to hold case in place as it contacts ejector. However, trying to diagnose issues via photos and vague comment is usually an exercise in futility.

    RMR on your carry gun

Holosun's latest entry in the RD lineup is their 407c. Identical to the 507c, but eliminates the 30 MOA circle feature and having the 2 MOA Dot only. It is also about $100 cheaper.

    RMR on your carry gun

I see a foreshortened image of top of slide in my peripheral, with the target in hot/clear focus. It is simple to connect with a "half head shot" behind a "hostage" to a few yds. using this method IME.

    RMR on your carry gun

The transition from irons to RD has been slow for me. I shot "Unlimited", with optics (anyone remember the cutting edge Tasco, 30mm tube Dot Scope") 30+ years ago. Apparently I shot this platform OK as I was a "Master" shooter back then. After I quit competing I reverted to Irons exclusively...

    Is a Browning Hi Power a 1911?

No, not at all. Trigger is sub par in comparison due to linkage necessary to accommodate the hi-cap mags. Controls; thumb safety, slide stop are quite similar- but thumb safety's are mushy compared to 1911. No grip safety, no swinging link barrel link. My view is; they were in part designed by...

Are you a member of the NRA?

Of course I'm a member. Like my wife, I don't agree with all they do or say, but they are part of the solution, not part of the problem.

How am I bending ejectors on Colt 9mm 1911s?

Easy fix? I whacked the end of mine off with a Dremel cut off wheel and chamfered the edges. I detest sending a gun out for repair unless an absolute necessity. Just be cautious- I think I taped up the frame under ejector as a "fail safe", but had no problems.
