Funny after posting this , I put a couple of hundre rounds through my SA Combat operator with my Osprey K and no pain lol.

I may consider one. Love the classic look. Especially now that I am not buying .45s any longer due to arthritis.

Here is the Collaboration gun more recent pics. Started as Springer plain Jane GI , I wanted it to sought stay the same and the trio pulled it off.

It is a Family Heirloom , thousands of rounds shot and it is still running like new and accurate as heck. I was just about to reach out to Joe for what springs he used so I can keep it the way he built it.

My Chambers built Springer also started out as a GI , as a matter of fact it was my first 1911 too
