Welcome! I am on the other side of the mountains from you, but you have come to a great place. These guys are full of knowledge and a little BS Mixed in for good measure....

I took it all the way down and removed the lifter from the trigger assembly. Then hit the buffing wheel with 3 different rouges (course, medium & fine)

I see what your saying... I will give it another shot, but basically you are removing more material from the inside correct? I was afraid to go lower and hit the serial number.

This is my first crack at opening up the port and polishing the lifter! Check it out and let me know what you think... Yes, the dremel tool got away from me on one side...

So with the lube... I have heard many different opinions, put rounds back in tumbler for 10 mins to clean off, wipe off by hand, don't worry about it and shoot your ass off... What say you???

We'll I narrowed it down to the buffer. With a standard buffer, the gun runs like a champ. With the Enidine buffer, it won't lock back on an empty mag. Bummer as I have a Enidine in my S&W M&P15 and love it. We'll at least I can down to slinging lead and feel good about my gun running reliable.

I set mine up with the Enidine hydraulic buffer. I think that has been my problem. I am trying a standard buffer this weekend and we will see how it runs. I am a little frustrated as I put the Enidine buffer in my S&W M&P 15t and totally made it a smooth shooting AR. Oh well, I guess its...

Not a 100% sure, just going to chalk it up as a rookie mistake and double check when i get home. I would have hoped that the shop which sold it to me knew what the hell they were doing.
