Chip McCormick, Wilson and MecGar are all I have bought. I had some Checkmate that came with a Ruger, sold the gun and should have kept the mags. Vickers mags from wilson have worked well in every 1911 I have had.

Mine developed a problem after about three thousand rounds. Sent it back to SA and in a week they fixed quite a few things that they don't do to begin with. Runs great and has been 100% reliable since.

I really like them. These are models that you cannot disassemble. 9 rounds. I have a 10 rounder you can disassemble from Mecgar. Doesn't run reliably in my ATI. Does fine in the Springfield.

Yes, inexpensive. Sorry to offend you. They were what came with the gun. I have tried Wilson and McCormick and neither of those are 100 percent reliable like the Mecgar. I have a Springfield that shoots all the mags reliably.
