I haven't taken apart the new SA Ronin to see yet, but does it use the nylon plastic mainspring housing like the SA 1911's and the lower end Kimber 1911's? If they do I'm a no buy.

I was toying with the idea of starting a sub-line at my shop of customizing 1911s. My understanding is that there are some special jigs needed for machining. Problem is, I don't' know what they are for, or what they look like, or where to get them. Can anyone school me on this? Steep...
