I recently bought a Remington Rand M1911A1 US Army 45 acp. It's a shooter, not a collector. I would like to know more about it because it's a RIA rebuild and the serial number ( 914xxx) does not fall under RR but could be either Colt or Ithaca? If someone with information could get back to me...
