I I have been looking the past few weeks at the CMP site. Right now the only thing available is the Expert level in 308 and 30-06. They come with new stocks and barrels. All of the other models are sold out. Any idea if the other grades will be available in the future?

Do the 308s have any advantages/disadvantanges for shooting or collecting over the 30-06? I would like a Garand and already have some 308 rifles but no 30-06s.

I heard that the new store in W Ashley won't have a range either. Not sure if that is true or not, or if it is only a temporary thing. YMMV

They are Winchester primers. I’ve never used Wolf pistol primers before. What’s your experience like with them? Wish we were closer, I don’t have any plans to be in the upstate .
