Dayman - I've already run into that problem. I usually carry open on my hip right now or with a light jacket concealing the holster. It's definitely not the most advantageous place to carry. This trick might help. Find a socket of similar dimensions as the inside diameter of the magazine. Remove the baseplate, slide the socket into the magazine and using a hammer and wooden block tap the socket through the magazine to straighten out the dent. Depending on how thick the magazine...

That is strange. I have twenty C Products mags. The aren't the stanless, but they are teflon coated with the Magpul anti-tilt follower. I've not had a bit of trouble with any of them.

It was the Bushmaster conversion for my Bushmaster M4. So far it's been spot on reliable. The gun runs cool and clean. One area of worry though is the BCG. I'm concerned about, and keeping an eye on, the BCG to see if the gas piston causes more wear on the carrier at the key and rear of the carrier.

I've tried wearing a jacket or a long open shirt. They just flap open exposing the gun. My CCW is out of Indiana and I'm a lifelong pistol guy. Right now my carry gun is a stainless Taurus PT945. I've been considering going smaller though for easier concealment in the chair.
