I won a certificate for a complete Taccom PCC upper (upper receiver, bolt, 16" barrel, handguard, charging handle). I won this from the 2017 Boomer Shooter Contingency Program. Value is $500. Certificate is good till the end of 2018. Will sell for $450 (Paypal gift or add 3% for standard paypal)

Couldnt find any info on the 2016 Contingency program. Did I miss something?
