Hey guys. I'm building a 10.5" upper M4. It's gonna be an sbr but I wanted to go ahead and build it. I have the lower complete. I bought a mil spec 6 pos buffer tube without a stock. Is it legal to use that buffer tube to build a 10.5" pistol?

I saw a new shotgun the other day that was only 150 bucks. It was an NEF pardner. Looking at it reminds me a lot of an 870. Been thinking of getting an sbs. This plus a Remington 14" barrel would make for a kick ass, cheap sbs. Anyone know anything about these or better yet, have one?
