    Who likes old Colts?

    I have 1911, manufactured. 1954, that's s Accurized by Alton Dinan, Connecticut maybe , picked up from an Army Lt. Colonel, who shot with the ArmyTeam. Used it for Bullseye competition. The 1911 that I will keep out of a selection.

    Winchester model 12 heavy duck, but it was modified years ago for a more general gun, cut to 26", Brilely tubes, trap stock, and long forearm, for my preferences, manf. 47, my birth year, Winchester super x model 1 trap. also modified , tubes, 26 ", Browning BSS 20, 26" imp cyl, grouse gun.

    Never owned a Daly 1911, did have a Daly over/under trap gun that was a well made firearm.

    I looked at a nice Government model at a gun show, it had a blued barrell. Is that original on any Colt 1911 ?
