I have been listening to Tim Sundles of buffalo bore and he thinks his +P .45 ACP loads are superior to the 10mm even with his 10mm loads for defense against bears.
I have a P14. What do I need to do to set it up for his +P .45 ACP loads. The load is listed and this is something that I can load myself
The gun was purchased about 2004-2005. I would want to use it for self defense against Florida Black Bear and anything that I need to defend myself against.
I am thinking stronger recoil spring and maybe a buffer. Two wks ago an elderly man was dragged out of his residence, killed, eaten, and what was left was buried by a black bear in Florida. It was a male bear and likely no cubs involved.
