Did the loading port on my new M2, was really happy with the results and wanted to brag.. I mean share pictures to help others do it. Used Gorilla tape to mark off my lines and protect. Used coarse dremel sanding drum for most the material removal, cleaned up with fine dremel sanding drum and then sanded out lines with 320 grit sandpaper then cleaned up further with 600 grit. Lastly polished with dremel polishing bit and Fritz polish. Lines stayed nice and sharp (lousy pics don't do justice) and feels great. Also tuned up the shell catch (bent in slightly, and shaped face a little then polished)

Looks really great!

Check out the cut I saw at a match last month.

Dang, that's intense. I kept mine semi conservative for a first time cut till I practice loads and figure out what I like. I haven't even shot mine yet lol

C-rums did the lifter, very happy with it. Got it back 2 days after he received mine.

Looks like a dremel slip. Deep enough to take off the green but not go through the black anodized finish.
i agree.
some europeans have been doing those extreme cuts for awhile, nothing new

I shot with the guy who owns the VM in picture. he is from houston area, really nice guy. He is a newbe and needs seasonibg a few years but is trying.
Yea he was cool, I got to talk with him quite a bit.

I guess I am in the minority here. My opinion is, it's a black (or green in this case) gun that I will abuse and throw in barrels. I really don't give a elephant dung what it looks like if it works for me.

And extra points for doing it yourself and making it work!
