I never looked into the price of the 12 volt cart batts. Just assumed three 12 volters would be cheaper. Price of batts is a rip off!!!

Can a cart w/ six 6volt batts. Be converted to run w/ three 12 volt batts.? It would cost me about $600.00 to replace all those 6 volters.

It's not just you. If the government had the store/s sell to those folks, then the blame is on the government. The whole program was their baby, not the merchants. It has been said, and I believe, that the program was instituted so the gov. could point to the guns used by the drug cartells...
