I am probably not the right person to weigh in here. I typically buy cheap bulk mags on ebay like from joes1911magmania. And modify/fix them if I have a problem. So I cannot say I have a favorite magazine.

FYI... I built a 2011 from an 80% frame that I love to shoot. The slide for that is at my gunsmith right now being cut for this exact plate. I am going to run a Trijicon SRO on it when complete. If you are interested, I will post a pic of it when I get the slide back.
