I have had my share of problems with Kimbers, especially with those made in the last years. Presently I have two stainless Raptors ( cdr & full size) that have been a night mare since day one. To make it worst their customer service is one of the worst.

Those ae the grips for the Kimber Raptor. A few years back I tried buy a pair from Kimber and was told that the do not sell those grips to the public. I stated that the once that I had were cracked and was told to ship them back for an exchange providing the gun's serial number. I have seen them...

I am a big 1911 aficionado/fanatic because that is the best pistol that have ever been made. I spent 38 years in the US ARMY, then work for about 8 more years in the gun business. Presently I have over 40 1911 on my inventory and love the all.
