Not sure where you are, ATP in Summerville is where I went. They had a 9mm and a 40 for rent. Both equally as new.

As I go through different page loads, I see the banner changing, showing different vendors/sponsors. Is there a list somewhere of vendors? I have yet to decide on a pistol, but I know that there will be a purchase soon.

After holding a LCR, it is too small for my liking. I just got back from range testing a S&W 642 in a 38. It felt better in my hand. @ 7yards I was having to aim 6" low and 6" to the right to hit the intended area.

Some more research has led me to look hard at the Ruger LCR .38 with Crimson Trace for the wife (and a few speedloaders). I may end up with the same thing. But, the S&W MP 40 with Crimson Trace has my eye. But there is a $120 difference between the non-laser version and the Crimson Trace version.
