I have the 4" Champion model. It had a few minor feeding issues with WWB ammo at first. No problems at all with other brands. After she was broke in, she hasn't had a single issue since. One of my favorite shooters!!
I have never heard of a Springfield "E Series". I know that Smith & Wesson has E Series 1911's..... Springfield Armory has one of the best warranties you can get on a firearm. It's a lifetime warranty to the original owner. I own 3 Springfield 1911's, all are fantastic.
I agree with Spad, leave it alone if it’s an older GCNM. I have a 1976 model that I would LOVE to put a front sight on, but don’t want to hurt the value.
It's incredible how limited you are when it comes to ammo.
I can barely fathom only 200 rounds per year.
I generally shoot at least 400 rounds every week. And that's nothing compared
to some of my friends!!
No other 2A organization has the power in Washington that the NRA has. We need that power more than ever right now. Get your house in order NRA!! Shame on Hickok45 for his actions.
I have the EMP4 Lightweight Champion, not the CCC model, but it has been flawless in over 2,000 rounds. I do take it apart and clean & lube after every range trip. I also use only factory new ammo, usually Federal.....
