    CHL training under 21?

    Is anyone aware of any CHL training courses that are offered to those under 21 (and above 18)? Preferably in the upstate I'm almsot 21 and would like to send in my paperwork to SLED on my birthday...the 90 day wait is more than I want as is :mrgreen: Thanks!
